This patient came to us with a dark and ‘dead’ front tooth. She desperately wanted her naturally unique smile restored. A single all porcelain crown was place over the ‘dead’ tooth and composite bonding was done on the tooth next to it to blend her two front teeth together for a very natural look. This patient had been missing this tooth from birth, and needed to wait until he finished growing before he could have an implant placed. After the implant was carefully placed, a crown was bonded on top to match the same tooth on the other side. A small amount of bonding was done on the tooth next to the implant where he had chipped off some enamel.
